Reiki – What to Expect From a Distance Session

What to expect during a distance session…

A typical distance session goes like this:

  • We schedule a time where you have 60 minutes (total) to be settled and undisturbed, preferably in your home or another personal space.
  • I call you at the set time and we talk about your intention for the session for about 5-10 minutes. I let you know what time I will call back (typically provides 40 minutes of Reiki), we hang up and the session begins.
  • You make yourself comfortable, cover up in a blanket, sit in your most comfy chair, lie down on your bed, whatever works for you and intend to leave yourself open to accept Reiki. You are free to adjust your position, move around, and do whatever you feel called to do (resting is most effective but, if you need to go to the bathroom or get a drink, you absolutely should).
  • I call you back and we discuss your experience and my notes from your session (typically about 5-10 minutes).

Are you ready for some deep relaxation in your own home or comfortable space? I can send distance Reiki to you while you are in the comfort of wherever you are. No driving, no strange surroundings, just you where you want to be.

Animals benefit from Reiki too. If you live in the Ann Arbor area, I can come to your home to channel Reiki to your pet or pets or they can receive Reiki via a distance session.

Hospice patients and hospital patients (pre- or post-surgery) can benefit from Reiki energy. Distance Reiki is wonderful and, if you live in the Ann Arbor area, I can channel Reiki on-site. Please PM me to schedule an appointment if you need to do so quickly.
