Reiki for Your Independence
This meditation and reiki session will support you as you bravely assert your independence, live true to your beliefs, needs, values, and desires, and initiate a project, habit, or way of being.
It was created to provide you with energetic support in living true to your inner fire.
The guided portion is about four minutes and is followed by about 20 minutes of Reiki (you will hear music while you are receiving Reiki energy) before I bring you back to the room.

Reiki for Goal Setting
This meditation and reiki session will support you as you set goals related to a new project, New Year’s resolutions, or any other goal-setting activity you’re embarking on. You will receive Reiki energy to support you in delegating tasks, organizing your digital and physical space, and releasing the beliefs and activities that may hold you back from reaching your new goals. This will allow you to create space for your new goals and ambitions.
The guided portion is about three minutes, followed by 25 minutes of Reiki (just music while the energy does the work), and then I bring you back to the room and give you a few minutes to write down your thoughts at the end.

Reiki Ocean Experience
The Reiki Ocean Experience is a Reiki experience that should give you an opportunity to relax and recharge your batteries.
This recording starts with about three minutes of guidance, 20 minutes of music and Reiki (so that you can receive Reiki without me getting in the way), a minute or so of speaking at the end to bring your awareness back to the room, and five minutes for writing down your thoughts, if you’d like.

Letting Tension Go (w Toning)
When you need a quick but effective way to let go of the tension in your body, this meditation may be just your thing. It starts with a body scan, then moves into the relaxation technique, and ends with toning to balance your energy centers (humming helps regulate the autonomic nervous system and lets your body know you are not in danger). This is intended for those times when you don’t have a lot of time to sit in stillness yet have the tension you need to get out of your body.

This is intended for those times when you don’t have a lot of time to sit in stillness yet have the tension you need to get out of your body.
Connect To Your Body
This exercise can be used to help you get grounded when you’re feeling disconnected or separate from yourself. It is helpful when you find yourself spending too much time in the past or the future and when you just want to take a minute to come back to the present moment.
Connect With Your Emotions
This technique can be used to help you connect with your emotions as sensations in your body – connecting in this way can help you process emotions, rather than storing them in your body, and can help you move through your day with more flow and ease. You can use it when you’re feeling a strong emotion or just the hint of an emotion, the valuable activity is connecting with, and getting information from, the sensations in your body related to your emotions.
Your Energetic Safe Space
This exercise can be used when you’re feeling overwhelmed or you want to re-establish your energetic boundaries and support your energetic expression.
Mind Whisperer
This exercise can be used when you’re feeling self-pressure, stuck in perfectionism, or when you keep pushing even when your body is screaming for a break. It will allow you to calm your mind so that you are better able to hear your inner wisdom.
Reiki for Procrastination
This meditation and reiki session will support you as you work to address procrastination in your life. You will receive Reiki energy to support you in understanding the reason you might be procrastinating and for supporting you in moving forward in your right direction.

Reiki for Habit Change
Changing habits is hard, not just because you’re changing physical routines but because you’re changing emotional and mental routines. The process can bring up old stuff you thought you had processed and you might feel added stress or frustration as you work with implementing your new habit.
The guided portion is only two minutes, followed by 15 minutes of Reiki (just music while the energy does the work), and then I bring you back to the room.
