Walk Your Path...

Shift Your World
Take your next step

I believe …

you deserve to live your own life

Not the life others want you to live; the life you want to live.

The life that is true to your beliefs, values, and purpose with the behaviors, desires, and personality traits that are uniquely your own.

can you imagine?

Would you like to feel curious, free, creative, and energized?

It is exhausting to constantly try to balance other people’s needs and wants with your own, especially when you’re really just guessing at what will make them happy and you’re not even sure what you want. After all this time pleasing others, you’ve probably forgotten what it feels like to put any focus on yourself.

Can you imagine what it would feel like to give yourself some of your focus?

Are you ready to see what happens?

Whether you’re in a family business, working for someone else, self-employed, or taking care of your family, you’re probably making decisions based on what you think will make others happy.

Are you ready to see what would happen if you made decisions based on what you want, based on where your boundaries are, based on what you want to feel?

Your power is within you.

ways we can take this journey together

 Most active | 1:1 Coaching

I will combine all of my tools (Soul's Calling (R), Mind-Body, Martha Beck Wayfinding) to help you determine what you want to do and how you want to do it. Sessions end with homework so that you can practice what you're learning between our sessions.

sort of active | astrology readings

Starting with a natal chart reading, I will share what I see about your personality traits and timing in your life. You will leave the session with practical tools you can use in your daily life. After your natal chart reading, I recommend a transit reading - a look-ahead at what energy will be present for you over the next year.

least active | Reiki sessions

Reiki sessions are perfect for those times when you just need to relax and allow the energy to flow to you. We will have a check-in call at the beginning and end of your session, otherwise, your only job is to relax and allow the healing energy to do its work.

my musings

I try to post monthly about topics related to finding your truth, improving your mind-body connection, and connecting it all back to astrology.

Striving for Harmony

We are well into Libra season and, as is typical for me, I am reflecting on my life with the lens of the season. Whether or not you have one of the big three in Libra (sun, moon, or rising), Libra impacts your energetic system. As with every sign, it occupies a house...

Most of us don’t know how to healthfully allow an emotion because we’re rewarded from an early age for presenting a calm, tough demeanor and shamed for expressing anything but that calm, tough front.

One of the healthiest things we can do for ourselves is to find a way to allow and feel the emotions we have so that we can make better decisions for ourselves. It’s like compound interest, it keeps building on itself.

There are many ways to access support to learn this new skill and break up the stuckness (therapy, coaching, meditation, yoga, peer support, and more), and, despite what you may have learned throughout your life, it’s not only ok to ask for help, it’s a sign of strength to ask for help.

From The Holistic Psychologist: When we use scrolling, food, sex, work, or anything else in a compulsive way— we’re seeking a way to soothe our nervous systems.
Many people believe (or have been told) it’s a lack of willpower that drives us to these behaviors— it’s not.
It’s our natural instinct to soothe ourselves.
Instead of understanding this: we beat ourselves up about it. Which, when we understand the nervous system doesn’t make much sense— because our instinct will always be to soothe.
This isn’t a moral failing. This isn’t because we are “not good enough” or “just don’t want to stop had enough.”
It’s because it’s how we (currently) know and habitually practice finding safety #selfhealers

Such wise words from Karla McLaren

Such wise words from Karla McLarenLearning this one thing about emotions can change absolutely everything.

What if your emotions aren't a mistake or a problem, but are in fact an essential part of your intelligence and of everything you perceive and do? What if they're actually here to help you?

Well, they are.
