I will combine all of my tools (Soul's Calling (R), Mind-Body, Martha Beck Wayfinding) to help you determine what you want to do and how you want to do it. Sessions end with homework so that you can practice what you're learning between our sessions.

Starting with a natal chart reading, I will share what I see about your personality traits and timing in your life. You will leave the session with practical tools you can use in your daily life. After your natal chart reading, I recommend a transit reading - a look-ahead at what energy will be present for you over the next year.

least active | Reiki sessions

Reiki sessions are perfect for those times when you just need to relax and allow the energy to flow to you. We will have a check-in call at the beginning and end of your session, otherwise, your only job is to relax and allow the healing energy to do its work.

There are many benefits to using horse-assisted modalities for regulating the nervous system and identifying and implementing behavioral changes to live a more balanced, easeful life.

Horses are a healing presence and help us see more about problematic situations in our lives without judgment or moralizing so that we can take steps to make change in our lives. It’s exciting to observe what’s possible, it’s even more exciting to see research that describes why this is true.

Sometimes, even when you think youve gotten really good at boundaries, you are handed an opportunity to get even better.

I just had a friend who has pushed back previously when I expressed a boundary and it made me question whether or not I was allowed to have my boundary. It happened again today and I got to notice how hard it was for me to express my boundary and to hold it when I was told I was the lowest priority on their commitment list (again).

As much as I questioned my stance, I also know I did exactly what was right for me. I cant do anything about someone else committing to more than they can handle and its not my responsibility to morph or deprioritize myself just to keep the peace.

Of course Im going to ruminate over this a bit more and, Im curious, what comes up for you when youre trying to navigate boundaries and prioritize your needs and capacity when someone hands you a thorny rose?

This is a helpful start if you’re interested in turning your reactionary tendencies into creative tendencies.HERE ARE SOME SIGNS THAT YOUR FEELINGS ARE NAVIGATING YOUR LIFE:

1. You are emotionally reactive consistently + say or do things you later regret.

2. You often feel like you “overreacted” + aren’t sure why.

3. Your relationships are full of conflict, confusion, chaos, or instability

4. Your communication style is: hostile, accusatory, or you completely shut down.

5. You feel exhausted, drained, or resentful around other people.

6. You consume content that consistently triggers intense emotional states + feel bored or not like yourself if you don’t.

REMINDERS TO HEAL:

1. Learn to pause + breathe as emotions flow through the body rather than reacting to them. THIS IS A SUPER POWER.

2. Many things we feel in the present comes from our past. Take time to process + *understand* your emotions before taking any action.

3. Confident, secure people feel all emotions + welcome them. They just understand when they’re in an emotional space + take breaks or time to choose a response.

4. Just because you *feel* something is true doesn’t mean it’s true. This key in having healthy relationships.

5. Our feelings are always valid. Our *reactions* to our feelings can sometimes: be hurtful, violate boundaries, or create dysfunctional relationship dynamics. We are *always* responsible for learning ways to soothe ourselves + to engage in ways that are respectful + safe #selfhealers
