I will combine all of my tools (Soul's Calling (R), Mind-Body, Martha Beck Wayfinding) to help you determine what you want to do and how you want to do it. Sessions end with homework so that you can practice what you're learning between our sessions.

Starting with a natal chart reading, I will share what I see about your personality traits and timing in your life. You will leave the session with practical tools you can use in your daily life. After your natal chart reading, I recommend a transit reading - a look-ahead at what energy will be present for you over the next year.

least active | Reiki sessions

Reiki sessions are perfect for those times when you just need to relax and allow the energy to flow to you. We will have a check-in call at the beginning and end of your session, otherwise, your only job is to relax and allow the healing energy to do its work.

I had several take aways from this quick video but I think the main one is related to the difference between stress (energy (adrenaline, cortisol)) and overwhelm (no energy: needs rest).

If you have a hard time making decisions, can't get your tasks done, or feel depleted, you may be stuck in the freeze response. Good news is, there are things you can do to get unstuck...

I was just messaging with a friend who told me they had no time for anything fun. I suggested that, when we feel like we have zero time for ourselves is exactly when we need to take time.

Even if its 30 seconds to two minutes where you put the phone in another room (or silence it if youre not allowed to not have it on your person) and stare at a flower or a point in the distance or smell something that makes you feel calm or happy or connected to a memory, its enough.

Its like an oil change for your nervous system. Dont you deserve a daily two-minute oil change? #nervoussystem #regulation #healthandwellness #firstresponderhealthandsafety #shifthappens
